Fight in 3 phases with a skyriding intermission between P1 and P2.
In P1, Dimensius tries to devour the raid. He summons adds; kill them and pick up their Excess Mass.
When players with Excess Mass stack up, it creates a zone where you can survive being devoured.
When Dimensius drops to 1% health, he retreats through a portal and the intermission starts. Get on your flying mount and chase after him.
Divide raid in 2 for P2. Each half lands on one of the 2 platforms. Kill the mini boss on each platform and dodge Dimensius' attacks.
When both mini bosses are dead, P3 starts on a new platform and you fight Dimensius alone.
Dimensius summons 8 orbiting stars at the start of the phase. At 100 Energy, he tries to Devour the raid again. Hide in a star to survive.
Dimensius destroys stars after each Devour cast. Kill him before you run out of stars, or he draws his Accretion Disk too close to him.
When both mini bosses are dead, P3 starts.
Each group takes a portal to join Dimensius on his platform and finishes the fight.

Dodge meteorite impacts. Cross shockwaves
and let the debuff drop before crossing the next.
Dimensius calls down meteorites on the platform that land one after the other. They kill anyone on impact.
The impact also launches a shockwave across the room that deals heavy damage to players hit and take 300% more damage for 3s from other shockwaves.
Run around the platform to cross a shockwave early, then lose the vulnerability before crossing the next.
EVERYONE
Run away from stars that turn into
black holes. Don't touch black holes.
After Devour, Dimensius destroys a random star and it turns into a black hole.
The star's explosion deals heavy raid-wide damage but is reduced by distance.
The black holes draw in the stars after Devour and they continue orbiting the boss.
If you touch a black hole, you die.
EVERYONE
Resist pull and hide in a star
before the cast finishes to survive.
Similar to P1:
At 100 Energy, Dimensius channels for 5 s, dealing heavy raid damage. He pulls towards him the raid, the stars, black holes and draws closer his Accretion Disk.
Players inside the Gravity Well (circle) of a star when the cast finishes survive.
Then the stars draw back and continue orbiting the boss.
EVERYONE
The ring slowly converges toward the boss after each Devour.
At some point there's no space left between the Disk and Dimensius.
A giant ring that surrounds the platform. You can't cross it. If you touch it you are knocked back and get a DoT.
Each Devour cast draws the Disk closer to the center of the platform. The longer the phase lasts, the less space you have to play.
EVERYONE
Dodge the falling stars and heal the heavy damage.
Stars are essential for surviving the phase.
When he's no longer stunned, Dimensius starts a 10s channel that calls down 8 stars on the platform.
Stars kill anyone they hit upon landing and deal heavy raid-wide damage.
The stars start orbiting around the boss on the edges of the platform.
The stars are essential to survive when the boss tries to Devour the raid.

Shortly after landing, Dimensius starts a 32s channel. If both mini bosses aren't dead before it completes, the raid dies.

Don't AoE walls of adds. Only kill one add in one wall
to get to the safe section and dodge at the right time.
Each mini boss summons walls of immovible Voidwarden adds on its platform.
You can't go through them; they knock you back on contact. When you kill one, adjacent adds are healed and become immune for 8s.
You will need to kill some of them to get to a new section of the platform to dodge Dimensius' attacks.

If the tank gets up to 15 stacks, they die instantly.

At the start of the phase, Xal'atath buffs the raid with Soaring Reshii, allowing you to get on your flying mount.
Refresh this buff during the phase by going through the gates Xal'atath spawns on the way.
If you lose the buff, you die instantly.
Dimensius is gigantic, immobile, and looms over the platform.
At 100 Energy, he casts Devour and drags the raid toward him.
Kill the adds he summons, pick up their Excess Mass, and stack up together to survive.
NEVER stand near the tanks.
Players with Excess Mass stand below players who are sent flying. This drags them back down before Dimensius eats them.

Don't get knocked off the platform.
Massive Physical and Magic attack on the tank that also hits anyone within 20 yds. Leaves a 100% Physical damage taken vulnerability for 50s on the tank. Tank swap after each.
This attack also launches a shockwave that deals damage and knocks back all other players.

Quickly group and kill the Living Mass adds.
Loot them to get Excess Mass on as many players as possible.
Massive Smash summons living mass adds on the platform.
They deal constant raid-wide damage until killed. Group them and kill them quickly.
Players can loot one add each to gain Excess Mass. This buff is essential to survive the boss' abilities.

Raid stacks up with players with Excess Mass.
Stand in the gravity circle to not get devoured.
The circle needs more stacks than the boss has to survive.
At 100 Energy, Dimensius channels for 5s, dealing heavy raid damage. When it finishes, he devours the raid.
Players with Excess Mass must stack together to create a circle of Collective Gravity. Each player with Excess Mass adds 1 stack to the circle.
Players inside a circle with more stacks than Dimensius’s Growing Hunger stacks survive.
Devour absorbs all Living Mass adds and Excess Mass and grants Dimensius 1 stack of Growing Hunger each time.

Raid stands near both orbs to drain them
before they explode. Dodge the projectiles.
Dimensius slams the platform with both hands, killing anyone below.
2 giant spheres spawn where the hands smashed the platform that explode after 10s, killing the raid.
Divide the raid in 2. Each half stands next to a sphere to drain it, reducing their size and the strength of the explosion.
The spheres also shoot projectiles that deal heavy damage and stun anyone hit.
