Council fight with 3 Demon Hunter bosses, Adarus, Velaryn, and Ilyssa. You fight all 3 at the same time and must kill them at the same time.
The fight alternates between a main Phase and 3 different Intermissions. Each Intermission consists of one of the bosses using their "ultimate" ability.
At the start of the fight, Adarus throws 3 orbs that need to be soaked by players. They apply a permanent debuff that jumps to a new player when dispelled.
Players with Devourers' Ire need to soak the frequent growing puddles. Players need to also soak the clones spawned by the tanks.
Velaryn casts The Hunt, a green line mechanic towards a player. Players must stand inside the line to soak and split the damage.
Lots of mechanics to dodge! Adarus doesn't need to be tanked.

At 100 Energy, the 3 bosses fly up into the air and a short intermission starts.
Each intermission, one of the 3 bosses uses their "ultimate" ability the raid needs to either soak or dodge.
The order of the intermissions is always the same: Adarus - Velaryn - Ilyssa.
The bosses don't do anything else, you can still hit them in the air.
When they come back down, the Main Phase starts again and the fight repeats itself.
EVERYONE
Follow the boss where she jumps.
Dodge the circle and dodge the giant cone.
INTERMISSION 3 - ILYSSA:
Ilyssa jumps on the edge of the arena, dealing massive damage to anyone where she lands.
Then she faces the arena and channels a giant cone for 4.5 s that deals massive damage to anyone hit.
Quickly follow the boss where she lands and hug the edges of the arena.
She does this 3 times in a row.
EVERYONE
Dodge the lines. Quickly stop moving
with your line to allow others to dodge.
EVERYONE
Don't get dragged into the black hole
and soak the orbs before they reach it.
INTERMISSION 1 - ADARUS:
Adarus summons a black hole in the center of the arena that pulls players towards it. If you touch it you die.
Orbs spawn on the edges of the platform and are pulled towards the black hole. Any orb that reaches it deals massive raid-wide damage.
Players need to soak the orbs, which deals a bit of damage instead.
You fight all 3 bosses at the same time. Adarus doesn't need to be tanked.
Soak the orbs at the start of the fight. Players who soaked need to stand in the puddles to remove them.
Stand in the green lines to help split and soak the damage. Quickly soak the 3 green clones of the tank.
Keep the bosses stacked to optimize damage. Kill them at the same time.
HEALERS
Raid takes massive damage on pull.
Fight takes places inside the ring of fire.
EVERYONE
Soak the orbs at the start of the fight.
Healers keep an eye on the players who soaked.
Adarus throws 3 orbs in the room as the fight begins. Players other than tanks need to soak them.
Players who soaked them receive a permanent Magic debuff and Adarus constantly casts Consume at them, dealing damage and a healing absorption.
These players can and must stand in the growing puddles left by Adarus to remove them.
When dispelled, Devourer's Ire jumps onto a new player and the raid takes a bit of damage. In Normal you don't need to dispel it.
EVERYONE
Dodge the charge and the circles.
Players with Devourer's Ire stand
in the puddles to remove them?
Adarus charges across the room, dealing massive damage to anyone in his path.
It also spawns several growing puddles in the room that deal damage and increase damage taken.
Players with Devourer's Ire need to stand in those puddles to remove them and preserve space to play.
EVERYONE
Players stand in the green line to reduce
the damage dealt to the targeted player.
A ghost of Velaryn targets a player, shown by a green line, and then charges, dealing lethal damage to that player.
Other players need to stand in the line, they will take damage from the charge, but it reduces the damage dealt to the target.
The target can move to extend or adjust the line, giving other players space to stand in it and soak.
EVERYONE
Swap tank after each Fracture.
99% healing reduction on the tank hit.
Quickly soak the 3 green clones to remove it.
Ilyssa launches a massive Physical attack on the tank. The tank hit takes 125% extra damage from the ability for 30 s.
The attack also splits the soul of the tank into 3 fragments (clones). Each clone reduces the tank's healing taken by 33%.
Other players need to soak the clones to remove the healing reduction. Soaking a clone applies a 30 s stacking DoT.
HEALERS
Soak quickly the 3 clones of the tank.
Heal the big healing absorption.
15 s after casting Fracture, Ilyssa casts Spirit Bomb, an explosion that deals a bit of raid-wide damage and applies a healing absorption on everyone.
If any clone from fracture remains, they explode, applying a lethal stacking DoT on the entire raid.
TANKS
Tank Velaryn with her back to the raid.
Don't get pushed back by the beam outside the ring.
Swap tank when the beam finishes.
Velaryn channels a 4 s frontal beam towards the tank, dealing massive Magic Damage and pushing back anyone hit.
Tank Velaryn with her back to the raid and don't get pushed outside the arena.
Each tick of the beam increases damage taken from Eye Beam by 15% for 30 s.
After she finishes channeling, she charges at the tank and deals massive Magic damage and applies a 25 s DoT.
Swap tank when the beam finishes.
EVERYONE
Dodge out of the lines.
